Charley Boy Sparks At Ladies, Admonishes Men Over "Runs Babes"!

Infotainment Corner

Many Ladies Today Are Nothing But Runs Babes – Charley Boy
This piece by the Area Fada is a sensitive one, but men too have a lot to learn for it. Read…
Remember back in the days, when we used to hear about “bottom power”; how some women screwed their way up to reckoning as either a girlfriend or
someone’s kept mistress. These days stories like that may have diminished a bit due to the harsh reality of our economy. Jungle don mature, men no dey so drop for women again like before. Many men are all in hiding, running away from women, especially those carrying shopping list, invoice booklet or those who come as extra baggage with multiple choice problems. OMG Kai!!!!!
Men are wiser these days I hope, I see some of them running away and toning down their womanizing tinz because e get as e be o. Especially married men. Even the bachelors are looking for sugar mummies who can take care of them and their bills.
Men are on the run these days because financially, ground no level again at all. Some short time hotels are even witnessing a melt-down because it no longer makes financial sense.
When some of us remember things like school fees, house rent, cost of living, permanent state of broke-ass-ness, all our numerous obligations (not that we stole money or defrauded anybody) You need to ask yourself where the extra is going to come from to pay for your pussyficating all over town, when you can do better things with your hard earned money.
So my guy, park well before I ticket you.
Some women are so fly with pushing your mumu button, that before you know it, you’re engaging in pay as you go. Since they are giving you s*x, their ultimate weapon of mumurizing you, they figure you must carry some of their baggage too. Hummmmm!!! for where!!!!!!!
While some men don’t even seem to mind the pay as you go thing because for them, it is a fair exchange of sort: but most of these kinda women also have more than one man, they also juggle around their hustle so as to maximize their sagging value.
A lot of women in Abuja today are nothing but runs women, they come in different classes and grades.
If you’re a married man with huge responsibilities, then it’s up to you to prioritise your parol. In this day and age, with all the uncertainties hanging over mortal Nigerians like us, ‘be careful’ had better be our middle name.
For many of us, there is Fire on the mountain, pepper no dey rest for our hands like before. Most of us don enter injury time, some of us dey wilderness dey try sort out how to maneuver ourselves comot.
Don’t let all the sweetness or niceness suck you in, as a lot of these women know how to play the sweet and the nice just to get you.
Pure water, I have always said, is cheaper than s*x, so why the bloody heck are you paying so much for it? Are you a learner? Come ooooon, gangster up your game.
You must always remember that your real love one’s need all the attention and finance because money is hard to come by for now, hol your side well before something do you.
I don talk my own.

Breaking: Ms Aisha Buhari Finally Breaks Silence On Haliburton Bribery Scandal, StreetJournal Investigates!

Breaking: Ms Buhari Breaks Silence: Linking Me with Halliburton Bribery Scandal, Most Malicious, Wicked, The StreetJournal investigates.

Ms Aisha Buhari has finally broken silence on her alleged involvement in the Halliburton bribery scandal.
Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose had claimed on Monday that the wife of the President was linked to the scandal which an American member of Congress was jailed for 13 years in 2009.
However, the lady who shares the same name with the President’s wife, said she was not the person referred to in the bribery scandal.

Ms Buhari, speaking exclusively with The Street Journal Tuesday night, said she was never involved in the scandal and linking her name with it was most malicious and wicked.

According to Ms Buhari, the allegation “is like pouring water on a sleeping person. I have never done anything with Halliburton, I don’t know the colour of the company. I am not in the line of business with Halliburton, so linking me with the bribery is wicked”, she fumed.

Speaking further, Ms Buhari said the details contained in the write up, which were displayed side by side with the story were croned from her stolen passport.
Aisha Buhari, Pic credit:

“They are desperate to cover their dirty track and link my name with the scandal that they have to first of all steal my passport. My passport was stolen early this year. And to give credibility to their story, details from the passport were used. They should come to the US, to find out If they are curious about the case”, she said.
She reminded her detractors that once a crime is committed in the US such a person is brought to book, noting that she is a member of organisations in the US and she goes in and out of the States at will.
“If somebody commits crime in the US, he or she must face trial. Have you heard I am being tried in the US?”, she queried.

She continued:”Let them stop this malicious allegation against me that they do not have proof of, I hate people who do not cross check facts before talking, they should find out in the US the kind of person I am beause I belong to organisations there”, she said.

“If they think they are politician and can break the law and go free, they should realise that nobody is above the laws of a country including me”, she asserted.
On whether she is going to take legal action, she said:”I am talking with my Lawyers, they will determine that”, she summed.

Illegalities of Freezing of Gov. Fayose's Bank Account -Ajulo

Features: Illegalities of Freezing of Gov. Fayose's Bank Account- Ajulo

"..EFCC is gradually turning into an unchecked tyrannical monster."

I received with shock the news report that EFCC has frozen the personal bank account of Ayodele Fayose the Governor of Ekiti State.

This indeed came as a shock considering the personality involved, a sitting governor that enjoys immunity till the determination of his office as governor of a State in Nigeria.

It is the law that to freeze an account, there must be an order of court for the attachment of the bank account.

It is also trite that for the court to make such order, there must be papers (court process) filed in court and signed by the judge.

By the provision of Section 308(1)(a) of our Constitution as amended no suit can be instituted against Ayodele Fayose and/or any Nigerian governor in any court in Nigeria.

Therefore, no process of court can be issued, signed or served, against Ayodele Fayose in his personal capacity, whereas the bank account in question is his personal account as such in his personal name.

Moreover, sections 26-34 of the EFCC Act, established a process to be followed that is, a suspect must have been arrested for his account to be frozen however section 308 of 1999 Constitution, exempted Ayodele Fayose from those could be arrested and his bank account cannot be frozen.

It behoves on all right thinking Nigerians and law abiding individuals and corporate entities to ensure and insist that EFCC acts according to the law of the land and adheres to best international standard and practice.

It should be warned that EFCC is gradually turning into an unchecked tyrannical monster.

If indeed Ayodele Fayose has a case to answer, the case of Bola Ahmed Tinubu Vs. Gani Fawehinmi is apt and locus classicus;

Therefore, EFCC should lift the attachment on Ayodele Fayose's property, go ahead to investigate him but wait for Fayose to complete his term of office before commencing his prosecution. That's the law and it must be followed.

Money Laundering: Nigerians await presidential response to exposed Aisha Buhari’s role in Halliburton bribery scandal

Fayose  revives President wife’s role in Jefferson bribery scandal, documents, links given.
EFCC ex-boss says,  alleged Aisha Buhari not President  Buhari's wife !

Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, on Monday was reported to have relived a controversy surrounding the role played by one Aisha Buhari who was believed, according to Premium Times to be the President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, in the messy bribery scandal involving U.S. Congressman, Williams Jefferson.

The publication has it that Mr. Fayose distributed a link to the U.S. Department of Justice website holding court documents where Mrs. Buhari was alleged to have transferred suspicious funds to a convicted former American congressman, Williams Jefferson.

In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi, Mr. Fayose said President Buhari was far from being a clean man.

“Even the President cannot claim to be an angel,” the governor said, in reaction to the freezing of his Zenith Bank account by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
“The estate he built in Abuja is known to us. His wife was indicted over the Halliburton Scandal (sic). When that American, Jefferson, was being sentenced, the President’s wife was mentioned as having wired $170,000 to Jefferson. Her name was on page 25 of the sentencing of Jefferson. We can serialize the judgment for people to see and read.”
The governor’s Special Assistant on New Media, Lere Olayinka, later circulated links to and copies of the court document detailing Mrs Buhari’s mention in the scandal.

The documents showed that in some of the exhibits tendered in convicting Mr. Jefferson of bribery, and one named Aisha Buhari was mentioned as transferring $170,000 to the American politician using a firm as proxy.

“Government Exhibits 36-87 (6/26/02 $170,000 wire transfer from account in Nigeria in the name of Aisha Buhari to an account in the name of The ANJ Group, LLC, identifying “William Jefferson” as Beneficiary),” the U.S. Government Sentencing Memorandum said on page 22.

Mrs. Buhari, the wife of the Nigerian President could not be reached for comments as at the entry time of the published story. And Presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina, declined comments, saying he would need to check the documents himself before issuing an official statement.

Mr. Fayose’s comment sparked a recollection of how Mr. Jefferson, between 2000 and 2005, used his position as member of the U.S. House of Representatives to offer illegal services to private companies for cash rewards.

Mr. Jefferson and his family, according to U.S. authorities, received about $367,500 through through his firm, ANJ Group, for services rendered to iGate, an American broadband technology provider.

An indigenous firm, Netlink Digital Television, had signed a joint venture with iGate to set up digital satellite TV and broadband Internet services in the country. NDTV was owned by Oyewole Fasawe, a PDP chieftain at the time.

Mr. Jefferson was contracted to help promote iGate and NDTV partnership in Nigeria.
Following a lengthy trial, Mr. Jefferson was convicted in 2009 and sentenced to 13 years in prison.
Although Mr. Fasawe was arrested in 2005 by the EFCC, he was never convicted.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar were also said to be a person of interest in the allegations.

A final report released by the EFCC on June 22, 2006, the online news portal reported about the bribery scandal also contained Mrs. Buhari’s Citizens Bank account statements and how she transferred funds to Mr. Jefferson.

The grey area of the  story in the publication was:  '' A 2007 New York Times’ article detailed how Mrs. Buhari told an acquaintance in Washington that she was a daughter of a former Nigerian head of state and a friend of Mr. Jefferson.

“As the pair struck up a conversation and subsequently became friends, Mr. Assiba, then a security guard, said she told him that her father was the former military ruler of Nigeria, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, and that her American friends included politicians like Mr. Jefferson of Louisiana.”

Here is the LINK showing the involvement of President Buhari’s wife, Aisha in the Halliburton Scam.

$170,000 was transferred from her account to an account belonging to The ANJ Group, LLC,  Identifying  WILLIAMS  JEFFERSON as beneficiary.

                               ANALYSIS By Farooq Kperogi

Premium Times' reporting on Gov. Ayo Fayose's allegation against Wife of the President Aisha Buhari is reckless, factually inaccurate, and libelous all rolled into one. This is particularly disquieting because thousands, perhaps millions, of Nigerians on social media are ignorantly spreading a malicious falsehood against an innocent woman.  Read the original New York Times story published on April 29, 2007 (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/04/29/business/yourmoney/29lobby.html?_r=0) to know that the "Aisha Buhari" mentioned in the corruption scandal ISN'T the president's wife.

In the New York Times story, "Aisha Buhari" identified herself as the "daughter” of “General Muhammadu Buhari," not his wife. Of course, President Muhammadu Buhari has no daughter by that name. The said "Aisha Buhari" is obviously a criminal impostor who has not the remotest relationship with President Buhari either by marriage or by blood. Take a look at her picture, which I downloaded from the New York Times website, and tell me if she bears even the slightest resemblance to Mrs. Aisha Buhari or any of the president's daughters. This lady is a major-league scammer who has refused to reveal her real identity, and Premium Times failed to do basic fact-checking to confirm this. It took me less 2 minutes to find this out.

In case you're not able to read the full story from the New York Times, here are excerpts that conclusively show that the "Aisha Buhari" mentioned in the story is neither the president's wife nor any of his daughters. If the real Mrs. Aisha Buhari decides to sue Premium Times (and Ayo Fayose), predicting her success against them in the court is a slam dunk, as Americans say.

"As for Ms. Buhari, who is living in Virginia, it’s not clear who she really is. For one, she is under investigation in Nigeria by its Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, said its head, Nuhu Ribadu.

"Mr. Ribadu said he is uncertain if her name is Aisha Buhari, but he added that she is not a daughter of General Buhari. The former Nigerian ruler agrees.

"'I don’t have any relationship with that Aisha Buhari,' Mr. Buhari said. 'I don’t have any daughter called Aisha Buhari living outside this country. She is not my daughter.'
"Mr. Ribadu’s agency has asked American authorities to arrest Ms. Buhari. That has not happened, but the Justice Department has an interest in her. Last summer, she testified before a grand jury investigating Mr. Jefferson, the congressman, who is suspected of soliciting bribes from American companies seeking business in Nigeria."

I won't hesitate to criticize Buhari (and his wife) if and when they err, but I won't tolerate irresponsible and malevolent smears on people's reputation.
