INEC releases 12-States Card Reader Field Test
The Independent National Electoral Commssion has released a template showing the delimitation and personnel details of each of the 12 states where the Field Test would kick off in over the weekend. This is a pilot voting strategy as planned by the electoral body to test the workability of the card-readers to be used in the coming general elections in Nigeria. NUJEurope reported that INEC has promised to ensure best practice and modalities of using the card reader during a news brief in Abuja on Wednesday.
